(Day 1) Discovering the city of Seville
Welcome to Andalusia! A driver will greet you and provide a private transfer to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, you will have time to relax in your hotel or start exploring the beautiful city of Seville, one of the jewels of Andalusia. Experience the tradition of a bygone era with a traditional horse-and-carriage ride through the lovely streets of Seville. You will explore the city’s important historic quarters and learn about the main events of this city thanks to your driver’s interesting commentary. Enjoy the wonderful tapas in one of the cozy bar.
(Day 2) Visiting Seville Jewels
This morning, you’ll take a guided tour to see the highlights of Seville such as the Real Alcazar -the old Moorish palace that is still a royal residence of the Spanish monarchy-, the Seville cathedral-the world’s largest Gothic church- and the Giralda Tower- the amazing bell tower-.In the afternoon you ‘ll visit Seville’s Plaza de España a huge and beautiful square built for the Ibero-American exhibition of 1929, and now remains as amazing open space right opposite the Maria Luisa park.In the evening, take the time to experience an evocative Flamenco show while tasting a fresh sangria.
(Day 3) Deep Andalusia
Today you will reach Ronda, famously divided into two regions by the impressive gorge running through the centre of town. Surrounded by lush river valleys and sitting above a deep ravine, this beautiful and unique town full of history and charm that literally takes your breath away when seeing. You will discover the history of the city with a private guide. You will walk from one side of the city to the other, crossing the famous bridge. You will do a short hike down the gorge to get impressive photos of the side of the famous bridge. Plaza del Toros, Puente Nuevo, Arab baths, Mondragon Palace, Cuenca Gardens are some of the well preserved attractions you can visit during the day. Later on you will be able to taste Spanish wines in a renowned winery.
(Day 4) Towards seaside
After a delicious breakfast at the hotel in Malaga, this new days starts with the visit of Pablo Picasso museum. Located in a Renaissance building decorated with Moorish elements, you can see more than 200 paintings of one of the greatest painters of the twentieth century. The morning continues with the visit of the much-loved symbol of the city, La Manquita, the amazing cathedral founded in the 15th century on the site of a mosque. In the afternoon experience your skills as cook and learn how to prepare the most famous Spanish dishes during a funny cooking lesson. In the evening, Nightlife in Malaga buzzes after dark all year round. You have plenty of choice: rooftop bars, live music concerts, discotheques and theaters will be selected according to your preferences.
(Day 5) Fun and relax in Marbella
This morning take advantage of the most sophisticated place in Costa del Sol for fun and sea sport and relax on one of the beautiful beaches of Marbella. Do some shopping at Puerto Banus well known for its luxury shops. Visit daily markets that take place along the coast and ride a Segway to see the most charmed monuments. In the afternoon enjoy the old town, explore the Roman villa and the Orange square. In the evening, savor one of the traditional dishes of the region dining by the sea.
(Day 6) Homage to the sea, Gibraltar
Gibraltar is an amazing place. That is part of the British overseas territory. You will be amazed by the spectacular breathtaking views. You will make a 6 hours rock tour visiting the main attractions such as St Michaels cave that has been created by the slow seepage of rainwater through the rock, the Europe Point, the Catalan bay, the Great Siege Tunnel and the Moorish castle. For those who wish to do some sport, walk the Mediterranean steps, a fantastic hiking trail where some sections seem to be tacked on to the sheer cliffs. In the evening you will be escorted to Cadiz.
(Day 7) History at your fingertips Cadiz
With a rich history going back millennia, and a charming old centre, originally fortified, Cadiz will enchants you with wonderful beaches, a historic fortress and its festive atmosphere. Your visit of Cadiz stars in the old part of town with the San Marcos castle built by Alfonso X. This is a well preserved delight hidden in the centre of the town which is the result of extensive modern day renovations to the Gothic style main watch-tower and the eight defensive towers around its walls. The Genoves park will give a different view of the age of exploration. This garden in fact, shows some of the plants found by these Spanish adventurers during the past centuries. In the afternoon discover the archaeological Site Gadir, the museum of Cadiz and Falla theater.
(Day 8) Endless celebration-Return home
This morning you will be escorted to Seville airport for your return flight. You have experienced Andalusia region and will never stop celebrating its heritage.
